At Vida Pura Atx, we strive to provide high-quality IV therapy services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is warranted. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Cancelled Appointments: If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.

  • Unsatisfactory Service: Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Service Not Rendered: If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the agreed-upon IV therapy service, you will be entitled to a full refund of any prepaid fees.

2. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact us at Vidapura.atx@gmail.com and provide details about the reason for your request.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of the date of service or appointment cancellation.

  • Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review the request and notify you of the decision within a reasonable timeframe.

  • If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 10 days for the refund to be credited to your account.

3. Non-Refundable Fees:

Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Consultation fees or administrative fees associated with appointment scheduling (Telehealth )

  • Fees for services already rendered, unless otherwise specified in this refund policy.

4. Modifications to Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
